The PROMISE65 mould is made by a multi-shaped silicone mould that allows the creation of six semifreddo as well as baked preparations of 65 ml each and a practical cutter with dual use suitable for making inserts and bases. A multifunctional mold that allows the realization of different preparations: individual portions, dessert on the plate or original desserts to take away. The PROMISE65 mould was born from the collaboration between silikomart designers and pastry chef David Vidal.
